Delivery is priced in the cart before you pay. For most items we quote Australia Post's live rates to your postcode, and you choose Parcel Post or Express Post.
The delivery price you accept in the cart is the delivery price you're charged. Discount codes don't change it, unless the code is specifically a free-freight code.
In-stock items are posted within a few business days. Made-to-order pieces ship when fabrication is finished - the lead time on the product page is the guide. If something is urgent, please contact us directly to discuss how we may be able to expedite.
Every parcel is lodged at Australia Post. When your order ships you'll get an email, with a tracking number when the service includes one. Delivery times from lodgement are Australia Post's own.
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before doing anything else, and contact us with your order number.
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered and you don't have it, contact the carrier and advise us of the outcome as soon as practical.
