All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay - either a live Australia Post quote to your postcode or a flat rate, and for some items freight is already included in the price.
Payment is taken at checkout by card, processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds, and we email you a confirmation with your order number.
One discount code can be applied per order. Discounts never change the delivery charge unless the code is specifically a free-freight code.
If a price on the site is plainly wrong - a typing error rather than a special - we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than supply at the wrong price. We'll tell you before doing anything.
Most of what we sell is made for you after you order it, in our Alexandra workshop. Lead times are shown on each product and are estimates, not promises to the day - steel supply and workshop load move around. If your order will be materially later than the stated lead time, we'll contact you, and if the delay doesn't suit you, you can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.
Options you choose in the configurator - sizes, finishes, fitment - are recorded on your order exactly as selected and shown on your confirmation. Check them when the confirmation arrives: an error caught before fabrication starts costs nothing to fix.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Our returns and warranty policy explains how to make a claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
